Is Jewellery from ITRAA JEWELS real Sterling Silver & Certified ?

          Yes we use 92.5% Pure Sterling Silver to make our Jewellery. You will get a unique Authenticity Certificate for each product that you buy from us assuring the purity and quality of the unique piece of jewellery delivered to you.

Can I wear ITRAA JEWELS products daily ?         

          Yes you absolutely can. The best way to keep your silver jewellery looking like new is to ensure you are following the care instructions that you get with your package. Do not expose the jewellery to high heat, excessive moisture, or chemicals (including perfumes), and make sure to store it in air tight bags, provided in package while not wearing.  

Is COD (cash on delivery) Available ?

          Yes, Cash On Delivery as a payment method for all products on ITRAA. Most of our shipping partners offer to collect COD payment, However it may be temporarily unavailable in certain locations due to various operational reasons. In such case you will automatically get a response from our team to process your order as a prepaid one.

When will I recieve the ordered Product ? 

          It normally takes us 5-6 working days for us to deliver your order. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a tracking ID.

I need to receive my order by a specific date. Can you help me?

          We understand that you might have purchased the jewellery as a gift or would otherwise like to delivery it by a specific date. Please note that we will try our best to deliver your orders in time, but in some cases there might be some delays. Delivery on a specific day or before a specific date can be attempted from our side on a best effort basis, but these are not assured services.

Can you wear sterling silver jewelry in the shower?

           Though showering with sterling silver jewelry on should not harm the metal, there is a good chance that it could induce tarnishing. Waters that contain chlorine, salts, or harsh chemicals will affect the look of your sterling silver. We encourage our customers to remove your sterling silver before showering.

Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

          While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest.
